SIMULATION BRIEFING — UNCLASSIFIED

Your campaign has never
taken a hit.

Marketing Wargames puts your team across the table from a red cell trained to play your toughest competitor — attacking the launch, the pricing, the positioning — weeks before the real market gets a vote.

01 // THE SITUATION

Most plans only ever survive contact with applause.

A launch plan gets reviewed by the people who wrote it, approved by the people who trust them, and funded by the people who need it to work. Nobody in that room is paid to argue like your competitor would. The first real objection it faces is the market's — and by then the budget is already spent.

Marketing Wargames runs that objection early, in a room you control, against people trained to find the weak seam in a plan before a customer, a journalist, or a competitor's sales team finds it for you.

03 // DOCTRINE

Every session runs the same three phases.

PHASE I

RECON

We take your plan apart in advance — positioning, budget, timeline, the claims it depends on — and brief the red cell on who they are attacking as.

PHASE II

CONTACT

Your team briefs and defends the plan live. The red cell reacts in real time, in character, without going easy on the parts that were never load-bearing.

PHASE III

DEBRIEF

A written after-action report names exactly what broke, what held, and what to change before the plan goes anywhere near a real budget.

04 // REQUEST A BRIEFING

Bring us something worth defending.

Tell us what you're launching, renewing, or defending to the board. We'll come back with the right scenario class, a red cell brief, and available dates.
